440-6 pack carb help needed

i just got a six pack setup from promax,and there is a plate that screws on the back of the center carb thats missing.its about 2"x1" in size.huge vaccuum leak.where can i get one of these?any help is always appreciated,thanks.

Uhh.. if it's missing... why don't you get it from Promax ?

What you need is the hot idle compensator that goes under that plate. The plate is what put pressure on the compensator o-ring and holds it in place. It will look something like this.

Or I suppose you can make a plug that closes off the hole and hold it in place with a sheet metal cover. Should be easy to make if getting one becomes more trouble than you want to deal with.
