440 block identification

I recently bought a 68 roadrunner that came with a 440. I am in need of some help identifying the block, i know its not the original block. The casting date on the engine is 7-22-70, the stamping on the top of the block is H440 7 16, the number cast on the side of the block is 253S430-6, the stamping on the bottom of the block near the oil pan is 2F20324 not too sure abouy the 2 in that number, and the heads are 1789902. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

its a non hp 72 440 made in newark delaware and
it most likely came from a c body
7-16 is the assembly date.
