I was left some land in Colorado in the San Luis Valley area. Has been in the family since the mid 70's. I live in North Carolina and will never do anything with it. Would like to trade the land for a classic muscle car with a clean title. I have a clear deed for the land. I will put a value of the land at $15,000. Very historical area in southeast Colorado. Great for a big game hunter. Cheaper to hunt if you are a resident. Thanks, Clint.

Some land, how much? Is the any power or utilities on it? Septic? In town or out in the country? Is there a town name we can look up?

Title of the thread says five acres... Post mentions San Luis Valley, Sounds like bare land....

I saw the land one time in the late 70's. The the tax papers say no utilities. It is in the San Luis area. Just putting it out there. I will never have a use for it. If someone knows the area and thinks the price is off please let me know. In a nice way please.

The San Luis Valley is more in southcentral to southwest CO, not southeast. I've been through there many times. Alamosa is one of the larger towns in the valley between the San Juan and Sangre de Cristo mountains. The Rio Grande river flows through the valley and is beautiful. The Great Sand Dunes are also in the valley.

does the land have an address or a county parcel ID? Hilly or flat?

At this time the best I can do is the land is on 8th street close to Spruce Ave. Not a corner lot but close.

It didn't say 5 acres at first. It said some land. That's why I put that in my post.

Well ok I'll get my meds checked, because it read "some land" to my eyes. Whatever time that was, I didn't make that **** up, he had it in the title so I typed just that in my post.

What exactly is your point in quoting and correcting me, are you bored? You wanna keep posting about it or shall we quit this nonsense?
