Don't happen all the time, one will go 10000 miles the next will go 200,frustrating.

1 oz acetone per 10 gallons of fuel at fill up

I am not sure who sells them, Mancini is my 1st guess, but WIX is definitely the manufacturer, and the filter looks just like old school period correct Mopar oil filter.

I was correct. It is this filter, "made with WIX internal parts"

Any comments on Fram HP-1 oil filters.

I ran them exclusively in 70's -80's. Don't buy them now, based on poor reports. Wix 51515R.
