I just picked up these heads straight from the machine shop with a 383 motor i got .It does have the smaller exhaust valve. Its fresh and ready to go, excellent shape. You can enlarge the seat to a bigger valve and come near identical to the famous 915 head for the big block which was produced one year only and its the closed chamber head, pic available upon request, asking 250.00
