6 pack gaskets replacement

The ethanol has eaten away at the gaskets in my 6-pack setup. I need to replace the carb to manifold gaskets. How long should it take? It looks pretty straightforward but does anyone have any tips?

I want to say perhaps like 2 hours to disassemble everything and get the carbs off. Pretty straightforward, but the fuel hard lines are a PIA. Helps to take pictures beforehand if your concerned about remembering where everything goes, especially the choke setup.
