6 pack on 1967 GTX

It will fit. I haven't done one on a 67 GTX, but did install one on a big block 68 Dart. It also fits.

On the motor - sure, but I’d be surprised if it fit underneath the hood. Mine fit underneath the hood on my 68 X by a hair and I’m not sure that was with the whole air cleaner set-up on it. I don’t remember - I had very quickly acquired a six pack hood to go w/it all.

Has anyone with 67 GTX installed 6-bbl setup WITHOUT HAVING TO GO TO A BIG SCOOP HOOD? Is there clearance or not?

When I got this car some 30 years ago, it had a 6bbl setup in it, and an air leaner from a 67 Tri-power corvette. It fit under the hood with no problems. The owner had spun a bearing in the engine, and parked it in front of his house. I removed the 6bbl setup, sold it at the Red Barns, and used the money to rebuild the engine. So, yes, it fits, at least with the tri-power air cleaner.

back when I was dating my wife, my new ford pick up quit with 11,000 mlies on it , I borrowed a friends 1968 440 charger , it was never taken care of before he got it , pretty rough. He had a 6 pack set up that he scrounged together just for kicks ,had 3 500 cfm 2 barrels on it , all under the hood . On the way taking her home ,a new trans am pulled up beside me at a stop light , kinda being a big shot , when the light turned , the charger smoked him , he turned off as quick as he showed up , I loved it !!

Nice! But that’s not what the OP is asking for …..

The six pack and air cleaner fit fine, but I did have to put shorter threaded air cleaner hold down rods in the carbs for the wing nut clearance.

its the same B body , most measurements and all ---B body platform....
evidently you don't know your mopars ...
Doesn’t matter “Bobby” - Still didn’t answer the question. Now yank that cobb out of your butt….. Or leave it in if that’s what’s comfortable for you….
