62-65 B (A?) Starter splash shield - anyone recognize?

This is off a 64 Dodge Polara. I have a couple questions.

1) On later model B bodies these are only used on automatic cars. Is that tru for the earlier B bodies?

2) Is this found on early A bodies also (63-66)?

PS Looking for early B Body RUBBER splash shield pieces to duplicate also. 62 Dodge & Plym, 63 Dodge & Plym and 64 Plym. Looking for;
1) headlight splash shields
2) rear splash plate (in frt of door hinges) top piece and edge strips
I already have all the frame pieces.

I tried to find this splash shield for my 64 b body, and I am pretty sure I ended up with the A body shertmetal piece which didn't bolt up to the framerail correctly. The rubber part seems to be the same though.

My 64 330 is an original manual trans car and it didn't have the shield. My car was partially disasembled so take that for what it's worth.
