Still working on my 62 Dart almost ready to start assembling the 440…was working on cleaning up the trim / molding, figured I would throw this out there. Anyone have a source for the unobtainable rear quarter molding?
I'll even let you take a ride in it...
Here is a short ride in my '65 Coronet. The camera bounces around a lot at 120 mph
A friend was sitting in the back seat holding the phone. She let out a little shriek when I hit 120. This was 5th gear with the tach at 4500 rpm. Redline is 6000 rpm so roughly 160 mph. I'm not going to try it though. The car starts to move around a lot at 125 or 130 mph. I don't think I have the balls to push it much faster. Maybe if the road was super smooth and there wasn't any side wind.Where do you have your camera mounted?
I would agree !I don't think I have the balls to push it much faster.
look familiar?yea ....some of the cars I see have a ton of metal work. Mine was very little.

My max speed with my 383 wagon was 145mph on our German AutobahnA friend was sitting in the back seat holding the phone. She let out a little shriek when I hit 120. Tire quality and suitability would also be real fears at that speed. Along with life expectancy .My max speed with my 383 wagon was 145mph on our German Autobahn
At this speed I have fear about hood lift with my hood scoop
Beautiful Ride!
