My shift cable is leaking at the trans, so I ordered 5 each of the shift & park cables o-rings from A&A (hopefully, I'll have 4 extra sets for a LONG time), not expensive but they are not hardware store grade or material. Much thicker and stiffer, they will do the job. In the past I tried to use a standard o-ring and had some limited success but they all leaked by after some time and some even melted/deteriorated after a few months. This time around I went with a PB trans specialist. Just a heads up and IMO.

McMaster Carr has every kind of round and square cut O-rings one could ever want in a half dozen different materials.

If you can operate a pair of vernier calipers you can figure out what you need.
