62 B body power seat question.

My 64 wagon has a power bench.
It goes front/back, up/down, tilts back/forth.
Lever can be moved in any direction, so I guess that is an 8 way switch?
It took a little to get it going, as it is mechanical, and I would not recommend playing with it for long, but it works well.
Seems to be the same height as my 62 non-power bench.

If adding, since it is mechanical and the windings can rub through the tubes over time, I would go new if possible.

That power seat mechanism is the one covered in my 1964 FSM.

where did you buy your carpet from ? looks like it fits good.

ACC (Auto Custom Carpet).
Bought ACC for my 64 wagon and 62 Dart.
I did not get the mass backing on the wagon, but got it on the Dart, I recommend it.
It still comes with the regular padding underneath with the mass backing.

It was cheaper through Summit for both, but I recently bought an ACC carpet for another car and it was significantly cheaper on RockAuto.

Plenty of extra to trim off but it fit nicely.

Does the mass backing fit better , or just better sound deadening ? have thought about it. But was not sure if it was woth paying for.

For sound/heat, a bit heavier so be prepared for that.

My wife has some health issuse's , and installing a power seat track may help her. My 62 fury has a bench seat. Can anyone tell me if the power bench seat track was taller than the non power track, and if so how much taller ? Also what other year/ models of mopars might have a power track for a bench seat that should fit my 62 Fury ?
Here you go ….this guy has a nice set of tracks also a motor & trans in another advert . Only thing missing is the tubes (with cables ) maybe he had them too ?
