Hello
Have anyone a trick for removing of the Gauge cluster at a 62 Dodge according to the cable ?
I can loose Speedo cable and every screw
But how the he’ll get I loose all cable on the left side of the rear and how can I reinstall everything?
All cable are tight and give not much room to get the gauge cluster out
I need to remove everything thru the speaker grille hole

Many greetings
André

Hi Andre! Removal of a '62 cluster is as follows:
1) Disconnect Battery
2) Tape a protective cover over the steering column
3) Remove the "Park" and "Heat" slide knobs (one Allen screw each)
4) Remove the lower cluster bezel (number 1 and 10 point to it) four small screws hold it in place.
5) Remove all push buttons (carefully pull them towards you)
6) Remove screws holding cluster in place (4 screws)
7) Remove the plastic cover on the lower section of the dashboard (4 screws) on the diagram no. 18 arrow runs across it. Loosen the two bolts on either side of steering column and lower the steeering column somewhat , this gives you room to "roll" the cluster towards you on removal.
8) You are already working through the speaker opening (13) so we'll keep going that way !
9) Undo the speedometer cable , remove the Windshield wiper switch knob (one Allen screw ) and remove screw collar holding switch in place. Remove the headlight switch knob (Pull out the knob until it stops ,reach in and locate a small spring loaded button on bottom of switch , depress this buttom and pull out the switch knob and stem.
10) Undo the light switch retaining collar , unscrew with either a small screwdriver in the slots or with a needle nose plier in same slots. This will free up the switch.
11) Unclip the wiring harness from the bend over tabs that are attached to the dash board , this will give you enough room to pull the cluster toward you , the wiper and head light switch will be hanging loose but attached to the harness. Make note of all of the connections on the back of the cluster for the ammeter and the instrument voltage regulator etc. remove the wiring and lights sockets etc. from the cluster and remove cluster.

That should do it!
