Help!!!
I have removed every related screw & bolt I can see. Still won't budge. What am I missing??

There are two bolts right under the vent window inside the door. Also down at the very bottom is another bolt that holds the lower window track in place. you have to remove the door panel to get to them. Did you get those bolts? Other than that there are just a few screws holding it it place. One screw is under the weatherstripping on the leading edge of the door glass. The other two are on the front edge of the vent window.

Thanks, I got all the bolts out, 1 screw mid hight on door frame that holds the upper hinge for the window. Pulled the upper window channel down but didn't see any screws there. Guess I'll have to go diging. Don't want to damage wing window rubber.

Seems like you have everything right... maybe it's stuck with dried paint? Here is the service manual page...

Ya, my 62 manual says the same thing.

Answer....On the 62 Savoy wing window there is only 1 screw mid point on the door frame holding the vent window hinge. No other screws. There is a 1/8" pin attached at the top to both sides of the rail of the vent window frame. Make a hook of strong wire. Run the hook through the pin and yank. Out pops the wing window frame. TA DA!
