Hi All,

'69 Coronet 500 hardtop. Top rear of driver side window stands proud of the rear side window glass about 1/4" when they're both rolled up. What is the proper adjustment procedure to remedy this situation?
Also, it appears that the top of the wind wing frame is not making solid contact with the weather stripping (which is all in great condition) at the top of the door. I say this because when the door is closed there is a rattle that seems to originate from that area. Bugs the crap out of me. Can't be right so looking for some guidance from someone who has dealt with this before. I've never adjusted the window hardware on any vehicle so better to ask first than screw something up. The passenger side is fine. I do have a FSM. Any help would be appreciated.

Merry Christmas y'all

Front vent post needs to swing in at top, so the "foot peg" pin at the bottom of the door shell needs to go outboard and the two nuts in the front face of the door shell need to be loosened and pull the vent frame in. That may also fix the rear, but if not the rear window guide channel needs to be tipped accordingly. Again a slotted bolt in the rear face of the shell.

Pictures of the rear guide to give you an idea how it adjusts. The adjust "slot" bolt on the lower end is accessible through the lower black body plug.
