Picture is kinda poor, was taken at the Hod Rod Supernats back in the 80's at Boardman A&W Root Beer, I had a Hemi in the RR at the time. Its the only picture I have, Maybe Steve has some more?

The 62 Dart belongs to a friend who still has the car. The car was originally built by R. Starr of B&R Wholesale Tire as a promo car for the Tire store. It was a grey metallic and had 1800 miles on the speedo(actual) and at the time had a Blown 392 Hemi (no hood then) in it built by Teddy Baker of Girard (funny car engine builder). The car sat around and ended up in a field next to the owners house, where I found it. The hemi was froze solid. Upon asking if it was for sale he said yes it had to go because his oldest kid was turning 16 and wanted the 62 and he did not think that was a good idea for a 16 year old! For a cool 1K it was loaded up and taken to Steve's. He pulled the Hemi out and put a big block & auto in it and painted it black. I talked to Steve this morning and he still has it and hasn't touched it in years other than pulling out the drive train. Maybe I can get him motivated to get it back on the road?

That is a great dart! It would be nice to see some pics of how it sits now if you can get them.
