I wanna take aprt my cluster to get to the speedometer what would be the first place.to start?

[Oops, just noticed this was April of last year]

Pull the bulb sockets, the 2 screws on the pushbutton bracket and heater controls bracket, and disconnect the harness to the gauge panel below. Pull the gauge panel forward and rest it on the column.
