Didn't look like Tulsa's vegetation in the background. My first observation. Craigslist is the worst for scammers.
 
Usually the C/L "too good to be true" ads have only one photo and in a strange format, also I have noticed often the background will not match the supposed seller's location. Since you are allowed something like 24 photos on C/L ads you would think a legit seller would take advantage of that.
