63 Savoy wagon

Finally started to work on my wagon. Floors are first on the list. Gonna just clean it up and make it road worthy to get on the road in Spring

Got the new floors fitted today. Ran out of time to start welding.

Thanks Jay T for your help with floor pan info. Mine is a little worse off than yours. If mine doesn't sell then I'll put it back till I finish the '59 Dodge that I'm working on. I have a 20k Super 6 that needs a new home that would give this wagon the extra power this wagon needs.

Got most of the welding done on the floors. Still have to do the emergency brake cable brackets and seat belt and gas pedal reinforcing plates. Also found a few more spots that need attention. After that's done, I will remove the heater box for a rebuild and cleaning. Will have to wait until it warms up to paint and seam seal floor

I've got alot done considering the amout of time I get to work on it. Not much picture worthy. New brake system front to back,front disc conversion,brake line set,rear drums,wheel cylinders,shoes,hardware. New shocks all around. Threw out the air shocks and put in an add a leaf kit. Swapped in a 65 rear axle. Fixed rot hole in gas tank. I'm not going to do much bodywork right now so I can start driving it. I'll post some pics when it's out of the garage.
