64 Polara fender tag

I just need to know what engine the 6 represents on a Los Angeles tag. The 3 means it's a 4spd car, but not sure about the 6. Thanks guys.

3 is a 343 sales code and is A833 4 speed. 6 is a 383 4bbl

Thanks, It's a TT1 code, dark red poly. I haven't seen another one in this color either.
