I want to swap to a 24:1 stock-style manual steering box. Has anyone done this?? What brand, company, and part number for the manual box? Thanks

I know there's a length difference between the two steering shafts, not sure which way ? I'm sure someone will verify that. I have seen an adapter, to go from short to longer, but sorry, I don't have the info or part # available...

Manual boxes on B Bodies were the same from 62-72...

You will need to find a manual column as the steering shaft itself is one piece and needs to be about 3" longer...

The part referenced above will work for that...It's just a half assed way to do it...

The earlier boxes use smaller diameter mounting bolts. I made bushings when I installed the borgeson box.
