OK, so I've been through the grounds on all my park lite and tail lites. Everything works as it should but when I turn on my park lites, the left turn indicator on the cluster glows green as if I had that lite on solid. When I unhook the left front park lite, the lite goes out. Any ideas?

Try removing the bulb. If it still does it, it's the housing/socket if it dosen't it's the bulb. Either way, the parking lamp side of the bulb is probably grounding back through the signal supply wire. This could actually originate at the head light switch.

Yup. Ground problem.

Its a new socket, new bulb. I replaced it because the original was fubar and the contacts were actually touching inside the socket. How would it originate in the switch? Could I test that by grounding the chassis of the switch?

It would probably be most helpful to you if you downloaded a wiring diagram from MyMopar and trace the circuits. Basically and as far as the turn signal switch goes, power is supplied from a fuse to the flasher and then to the various bulb sockets for turn signals. Unplugging the socket at the base of the steering column allows you to test the switch with a circuit tester (VOM meter). The meter will not sweep back and forth like a flashing bulb as there will not be enough load to trip the flasher make/break. You will need an electrical diagram with color codes for the wires to do this. The headlight switch is self explanitory and it's terminals are labeled on the contact side of the switch. The bulk head connector will have to be unplugged and all terminals examined - they are known to short out/efleurese causing all types of issues. Is is obvious that the problem lies with the front left section so that's where I'd concentrate my search. You will need an electrical diagram to know the color codes of the wires related to the left circuit. I still believe if the turn indicator lamp is illuminating that the circuit is grounding back through that lamp via the gauge cluster and the bulb is in essence in series as ground is made. This is just a theory, I've been wrong before especially at the beer store. Damn gas!
