Just got done with paint... now to piece it together. If anybody knows where I can get raised front spindles

Standard height or 2" lower, yes. Raised, have never seen any myself. You could use a little bit larger diameter torsion bar, run the adjuster up a little extra once you get all the weight back in the car.
 
When I get the motor in, I will see what I can get with the torsion bars. A shop in California made custom spindles for gassers he closed up
 
Excellent start to a project. I’ve personally never heard of raised spindles, not saying that they don’t exist. Good luck to another Hoosier. I’ve got my 64 Savoy stripped and starting on some body work.
