65 throttle cable

Hello
Doing a trial fit or some parts tonight. First Mopar and didn’t do the tear down on this car.

Looks like the bushing is missing from this part of gas pedal linkage ? Is this sold by a vendor or have you improvised here ?
Van Dan? My 65 NY Neighbor ?

Also what is the 2nd part ? Was in a box and looked to be painted body color.

The rubber bushing goes around the cable where it goes thru the bracket. Then the E ring keeps the cable locked. Ive made them from brass. This is an aftermarket cable but you get the idea.
