66-67 B-Bodies Affordable?

Wow! I didn't think I'd get as many responses as this. Thanks for all the insight. A-bodies usually don't get as much respect as the mighty big block cars.

Now I don't know what I'm going to do. I really want a nice 440 machine. And in an effort to preserve my marriage of over 25 years, I can't drop a different motor in the Demon. I'm sure you can understand what I'm talking about.

do you have kids , if so do you need a station wagon I`ve seen some big block ones on the net ,:toothy10:they look real nice ,there s few 2drs that look real nice, have you settled on a year ,model or price, I`ve seen some mopars on carsonline.com and prices were`nt bad either, :headbang: have fun searching:headbang:

Here's the scoop on the Demon:
Left the factory as a /6
Was a California car for most of its life
Previous owner did everything to perfection to clone an H code.
Had 360 built and installed.
Has 302 cast 318 ported and polished heads.
10:1 compression ratio (per previous owner)
Put A833 four speed tranny in with Hurst shifter.
Put 8 3/4 rear with 3:55 gears
Even put correct k-frame in
Sway bar
Front KH discs
Correct hood with functional hood scoops and hood pins.
Go wing
I had 2 1/2 inch exhaust put on with Flowmaster 44s
Brand new bucket seats and carpeting.

The only difference between this car and a factory "H" code car is the letter "H" itself.

I'd probably get between 16k-18k on eBay.
