Will a 66 Coronet fender fit on a 67 Coronet? Thanks

yeas, some chrome holes may be different, but it will fit either year

No they don't!

A '67 will fit on a '66..But you need to take off the headlight stands and weld them on to the '67 fender. But a '66 will not fit on a '67..Well if you took the whole front end it would. Like radiator support etc.

Please explain...

The head light buckets are welded to the fender. the 66 has totally different headlight position to the 67, i.e. they move inboard by a lot. Either way interchanging these fenders between 66 and 67 is not a simple bolt on proposition.

Yea I was thinking I could just bolt a 66 on a 67. They "look" the same from the outside but the innards have a few differences.

So the final answer is that a '66 fender will fit on a '67 with some mods. (sorry, it's been a while)
