I need someone to measure a bench seat track from an original 1970 B body 2 door. I have a pair of '70 4 door seat track and a pair of '69 2 door seat tracks. They are different. The '70 4 door track is taller by 3/4". So my question is, is a '70 4dr the same as a '70 2dr track? I thought all 66-70 were the same. Wrong. I measured from the floor mounting surface of the track, to the bottom of the track slider where each bolt is. The '70 4dr measures 3 3/4" front, and 2 1/4" rear. The '69 2dr meaures 3" front, and 1 1/2" rear.

I know 70 floor pans are slightly different than 68/69, but that's about it.

How tall are you?

I'm 6'3" with a long spine. Headroom is a major issue for me.

Even though 60s and 70s Mopars seem to have a bit more headroom than ford and gm, I'll still take an extra 3/4 inch of headroom any day.

I always take out the spacers, too.
