66-70 console shifter question.

Mostly 66 I think. I am installing a floor shift automatic in my car that was originally column shift. I am at the point where I need to cut the hole for the linkage to go through. But the 66 floor doesn't have that "raised" round section to locate it that others have. I have seen it in both A-bodies and E-bodies. Did B-bodies not do that? Anyway, if somebody has a picture of their car without the carpet in showing the location of the hole, maybe I can guesstimate and get it close.

This was a dumb question. The shifter has no option but where it bolts up. No problem, done deal.
