running into these following issues:
  1. passenger side front turn signal is functional occasionally and the drivers side is non-functioning.
  2. when battery is connected the passenger side headlight motor automatically starts to rotate and does not stop even without the dash switch connected. drivers side does not function at all.
  3. no rear turn signals and the brake lights work on occasion (some but not all)
all wiring is bone stock brand new harnesses from Year one aside from an ammeter bypass currently. trying to eliminate all issues before I connect the ecu&tcu for the hemi. if anyone has run into these issues previously and can provide some insight it would be greatly appreciated.

A few suggestions:
1. Find a schematic for the car and the revolving headlight motors, it's a fairly complex diagram so you may need help from someone with electrical background.
2. Check that the ground on the back of the engine to the firewall is connected and clean. You can easily unbolt it wirebrush or sand and replace.
3. Put new bulbs in they are cheap.
The headlight motors run together so it's likely that the drivers side motor is bad, but it too could be a poor ground.
I'm guessing the motor is trying to close.
There are small limit switches for open and close position, it's likely that one of the closed position switches is not getting touched probably the drivers side since it does not operate. Just a guess.
