67-68 Plymouth dog dish value?

A buddy of mine found a near NOS looking set of what I believe are 67-68 plymouth dog dish hubcaps, hes needing money due to job loss and health issues I told him i would try to see what they are worth for him. they look like the pic below

I have a set of four in nice shape and think I spent $130 for (4) . It may be a start. Good luck.

There,s a set on E-Bay for $450 ,I would value a nice set $250 to $400,lower the price,faster the sale. Hope your friend finds better times ahead.
