What is the widest tire I can put on the rear of my 67 belvedere without cutting anything or rubbing?

It really depends on the size and offset rim you are installing the tire on, but it looks like the general opinion is around 255. I'd browse around in the wheel and tire forum - there are plenty of posts concerning this question over there.
