67 charger door panel help (removal) grrr

Ends up I have to remove the door panel on my 67 charger. Questions is what tool is called for when removing the ring that holds the remote mirror control into the door panel?

I got it off gently without knicks by using rubber insulated pliers (for removing spark plug wires that are live) but it will not go on with this even with a dab of oil.

What tool and where can I get it?


Also who makes a replacement moisture barrier for the inner door or any aftermarket ideas on this one???

On the vapor barrier, not sure anyone makes a new one. Could make a new one out of heavy mil clear plastic.
