67 charger Hemi- Need new brake booster-hard to find

Was gonna ask what the problem w Ramman was, but decided to Google it. BBB complaints are the 3rd thing one results page, first time I'd seen that. Answered my own question

Just saw this on ebay DO NOT know if this is the one you need says it a core. https://www.ebay.com/itm/265176815460

NOT MINE
Yes I saw this come online just after I made my purchase from Cass. My confusion is this: Cass told me that I had the correct Hemi bracket and linkage(afetr I sent him photos) BUT his Booster would not fit onto the bracket. At first he did not try to sell me his booster. So I started looking around for a booster or even a booster that I could send to Booster Dewey to rebuild. The Forum praised Dr Diff for his customer service and honesty. So I went back to him and asked him what the cost would be for his booster/bracket combo with the correct MC with lines facing the fender well and he provided me that setup. So I purchased. The booster that I have on my car could be that donor for Dewey to rebuild. I tried calling him for a couple of days but never got through. I will wait and see what shows up and how it looks. I am trying to make a presentable, original car for me to drive. It will not be a trailer queen, nor am I going with the rotisserie restoration. I am keeping some "grit" on the car and over time, if I come across the exact booster to fit my correct Hemi bracket, I'll pop for it. But fro right now I want to get pass this obstacle and keep moving forward. I appreciate everone's help on this car. To own a Hemi 4 speed, 1 of 58 made in 67, is good start for me and I will be proud of the car when finished. Especially with the gold interior, 4 speed, buddy seat, matching the gold exterior (ZZ1 paint code). Today I am rebuilding the Bendix calipers, wish me luck.

He is probably going to send you this. It was the reproduced set up. It is on the original B body Non hemi booster rear stud pattern, vice the Hemi stud pattern (pic attached). Hemi studs are also larger at 3/8" vice 5/16". Also, I do not think your booster is a donor for a Dual diaphragm bendix rebuild. Yours looks like a single diaphragm, but not sure it is a bendix either. If you get what is pictured you should be fine for your needs. That stupid GM version or a later model A body would look out of place even on a driver in my opinion. But folks do it.

The booster I posted#20 how do you tell single or dual diaphragm? If that's a dual diaphragm Dean I'd grab to have it if finances allow.

Thanks for the detailed measurements and explanation. Now I understand completely the rarity of this booster. I'll give it some thought, thanks.

Dean, the problem with internet websites is that a guy like you comes along that does not know what he has or needs and some well meaning people try to help. The problems is, some of them don’t have a clue as well. I know hemi brakeboosters and brackets very well. It will do no good to give you the complete tutorial on them because you will not find an original one, more than likely. Sufice to say, the correct hemi booster with the special dropped end, like in my picture, is not reproduced. It is very hard to find. The original brackets only fit the original booster. Dr diff sells a reproduction dual diaphragm Bendix booster that fits ALL cars. He sells a reproduction hemi-like bracket that fits that reproduction booster and it will work. The repop stuff will not exchange with the original stuff. Don’t buy from the ram man as it will be a nightmare to get anything from him. Ask anyone. It won’t be correct either. Just buy the entire booster and bracket from dr diff and be happy he makes a reproduction part. It will be close enough that only a guy like me can tell.

Fastmark, I installed the booster and master cylinder I bought from Dr Diff for my 67 Hemi with Bendix 4 piston calipers. Very happy with the outcome. See attached photos.

Well. I hate to “brake” the new to you but that is not a hemi booster. We need more pictures but he may have sold you an a body unit. It has a offset bracket. I just bought a real hemi booster and bracket for a 68 hemi car. It was $1500. You don’t want to know what I sold my 70 ebody booster assembly for.
Ah damn

I want to know what you sold it for ? I have an body
