The one I lost had a dipwick.
So they slowed it down a bit. For the higher engine RPM I guess.Hemi's get a standard W/P pulley but a smaller diameter & shorter height crank pulley

And p/s pump lids have dipsticks.

You are not totally wrong. 1969-1971 street hemi had different pulleys, the WP pulley was smaller and not as deep. You can fully see the 4 bolt heads to mount the water pump.
