67 Coronet Instrument Voltage Regulator Question

So my fuel gauge and temp gauge no longer work. Alternator/Ammeter gauge does. Fuel sending unit was changed a while back. Could this be a bad IVR issue? Thank you.

amp meter is completely separate of the other gauges so it could be a voltage regulator , have you checked fuse panel?
