Does anyone know if there is enough hood clearance to install an Edy Performer rpm intake with Holley carb and still have room to install the stock dual snorkel air cleaner on this car?

I would say no this is how high mine sits and I had to put a hood scoop on.

I agree, there is very little room with the stock stuff. The hood pad just rubs on the top of the air cleaner on mine, all stock too.

I had an RPM intake on my 383 in my 66 coronet with an unsilenced air cleaner (68 roadrunner style) with a holley 750 DP and it was close, the top of the aircleaner rubbed the insulation pad and I had to put the shortest stud for the aircleaner possible to not poke a hole in the insulation. I'm not sure if it would work on a 440, it was close on the 383.

definetly wont fit. about 2" from carb to hood with that intake if it is the performer air gap
