Looks great.... I have messed with a couple of these clocks and found that they just dried out and stop working ,,, most just needed to be oiled correctly and bench run.

Nice work. My clock is intermittent. It sometimes just starts working, then it stops.
Nice work. I went through the same on my 66 Satellites clock a few years ago. What it needed most was a light filing of the points but I also cleaned and oiled it lightly with gun oil. I use a battery cut off when my car is parked so it never has the right time, but every time I take it out the hands are moving.

Did you test it with straight 12 volts? I'm going to see if I can get mine to work consistently. Any other hints?

I removed my clock through the glovebox. When I disassembled it I saw that the contact points were stuck together. I separated them, filed them with an emery board, lightly oiled the moving parts and reassembled everything. 12 hours later it still works. Time will tell!
The clock in my 65 works but it gains an hour everyday need to find a way to slow down time
