66 only for relay board
There are factory dimples on the 67’s which must have carried over from 66. Right where those holes are

I had a '67 Coronet wagon, and adapted a Cordoba cruise control unit to the car. I would guess I mounted the servo in that area. A lot shot, but you sometimes never know what modifications your car faced over the years.

If original Hemi car I thought there was a bracket mounted there and starter & horn relays were mounted on the bracket.

Only on 1966 cars originally. Things were moved around on the firewall in 67 to clear the Hemi. And only one bolt for the bracket was on the horizontal area of the fender.
