Just noticed that I cant close the trunk lid. The hinge is hitting the wheel well.

If you're using the U S cartool kit they supply a bracket to relocate the hinges

Something on the back side of the hinge is hitting the tub about halfway down when trying to close it. Are those supplied brackets just fillers to connect the hinge back to the tub? I'm an idiot, I welded those in to support the front side of the wheel well.it fit perfectly. Lol

Yes that's what they are for...... I think there was something in the directions that said you can get in the trunk with a helper and close it then mark the spot it's hitting then wack with bullpen hammer

Got a little burnt out on body work so started putting the rotating assy together. Installed the bulkhead, filled the pan with water to check for leaks.

Primed it up, oil on both rocker shafts.dropped the pump shaft in.

Working on the d/s now. How did it take to complete y'alls mini tub? I have probably 4 days in the p/s and 2 days in d/s. This is the first mini tub for me.
