I have a console tach in my 67 R/T that need to be calibrated. Its off quite a bit. Anybody know where I can get it repaired? Thanks

The best thing I can tell you is to swap a modern tach board and movement in it. I did this to my 69 RR tach then sent it out to have the face restored and I can most likely do this for your tach.

My Tach is a seperate unit that sits on the manual shift console. They make a modern replacement set of internals that will fit inside the housing?

I don't know if a dedicated set of internals is available for that tach (I would guess no), but I just took an off the shelf mini tach and gutted it to use in my modification. I did it without modifying the factory parts. I only removed the rivets and transplanted the face onto an aluminum adapter I made. The needle was glued on. Then I used a power supply and a bench top function generator to produce a square wave equivalent to a distributor signal to calibrate it.

Theres a company called dash worx that can modernize that style tach i dont know how to post a link for it . i just sold one i had
