I bought my 1967 Satellite restored about a year ago. I've always been on the fence about the two tone bright blue over satin silver and have thought about painting it to be solid blue with side trim. I was messing around tonight and I think I kinda like two tone blue and black. Maybe even with a pinstripe. Any opinions?

Other than a 69 GTX...black on the bottoms of the flanks, always reminds me of what we did to rusty/bondo'd-up cars. The silver is classy. [2-cents]

Black on the bottom makes the car look
"skinnier". I like it on a 71 Swinger, but on a 67 Belvedere-Satellite, it seems too much.
A car with such crisp lines should not
need pinstriping, either.
Leave that to cars that lack definition.
The stylists made good choice with the silver lower panels.
I'd keep it factory.

That's a Really NICE looking ride the way it is... I'd keep the Silver - 2cents
