where should i buy a fuel sending unit from for my 67 coronet wagon?most places i see say fits all except wagon.i pulled the sender wire from it and with a test light it blinks so i think the wiring is ok.it never reads much more than 1/4.i also touched i ground directly from the batt to the metal fuel inlet on the sending unit giving it a direct ground and the gage didnt move.

Should be the same as a 66/67 car.
No difference in the tank I've seen after 4 66/67 cars and 1 wagon.

If it works partially, you could try removing it and working it/cleaning it/lubing it, etc.

You ground the wire on the body to see if gauge goes full. With key on. Don't do it for extended time period.

Make sure there is the ground strap clipped on between the fuel line and sender
