The 1970 deluxe steering wheel had a pebble grain finish. Also the center hub doesn't look big enough. 68-69 wheel? The pictures could be deceiving me.

Possibly, the number inside the steering wheel is 2883419. Not the first time someone told me a story while buying a part. The steering wheel finish is smooth so it must be 68-69 and the pad/adapter is 70.
Guess I'll just do $125 on the steering wheel and $100 on the pad/adapter.
