68 727 trans in my 65 Coronet BB swap

Hi All. Am I able to use a 68 727 trans from a big block car in my 318 poly to 440 swap in my 65 Coronet. The 68 727 has linkage and the 65 727 has a cable. Thanks

Imperial Services advertises a conversion cable kit that should do what you need but I've heard it's hard to get a hold of them. Good luck, Alan

There is a difference in the rear trans mount as well. I used an A body trans mount and modified the cross member but Shumacher makes a conversion mount. Probably easier to go that route.
