68 B Body hardtop rear quarter window felts

does anyone have experience with reproduction window felts? my originals were stapled on, on the inner quarter window panel...
just curious if the repros are also required to be stapled on or just how they attach? there are no slots on the inner panel for clips of any kind...

On my 69 Charger they were stapled. I drilled the holes and used safety wire instead of staples.

I have seen people staple them and also have seen people drill small holes and use tiny rivets on them. Mine we nice enough where I left the outer originals on because I didn't wanna try stapling them back on.

I have used 1/8" aluminum rivets many times

yeah I spose rivots would do just fine.. who'd thunk staples would've been used.

I said the same thing when my buddy told me they stapled them on.....all the fasteners for metal and they stapled the bastards on ha!
