Never thought I would do this but I have to for personal reasons.....

I bought it 3 years ago as basically a roller....it hadn't run in years...got it home and running and broke a wrist pin...not that much damage but I wanted it driving so I found another 383 short block that was rebuilt......did the swap...the number matching engine is on a stand at my parents....it has the original tranny in it.....

it has the fender tag...its a uu1 blue in and out...it is now silver with black interior...the seats are out of an acura.....I have the original seats and other parts if you are a "number" guy....so its a matching 383 auto on the console...power window power steering and brake car......heres what has been done in the past three years

all new
brake and tranny lines
4 drums all the way around rebuilt
aluminum radiator
tires and wheels
battery
carpet
steering box
radio in glove box
marker lights
fuel tank
alternator
Lunati cam and lifters
water pump
fuel pump
exhaust tips
grant steering wheel
hood turn signal lenses
eddelbrock 600 with electric choke
starter

I repaired the grill and painted it all black...I personally like it better
the headlight doors work

and so on......

what it needs...
headliner (there is none but have the bows)....I used por 15 on the entire inside....
leaks tranny fluid....have not had time to change the gasket and fluid.....shifts fine no issues
the exhaust came loose and is leaking at the manifolds...that should be fixed soon...
the voltage reg is bad...which is not a big deal to me because the car has an amp....I just keep the battery on a charger...its never had a problem starting
gas petal
grill trim

she is not a 100 point show car......it has a nice paint job....it does have a few scratches here and there...the worse one is on the passenger side quarter where something fell on it and put two dents and a scratch on it.... was told by a body guy it could be fixed for around $200..........there are a few spots of rust starting under the paint on the door....it has new fenders, quarters and trunk put on it....they used the doors, trunk lid and hood when it was painted...I think they did a poor prep job or something....a few rust bubbles on the door.....I drive it at least 3 to 4 times a week...runs and drives straight...even at 80 MPH.....

look in my posts for pics...I will post some recent pics soon
I have well over 22K in it.....I dont "have" to sell it but xxit happens

Im sure I am missing a lot so I will update it as I go....
