Good Day,
I see two styles idler arms listed for 68 Charger...one is straight with no curve in it when looking at it from above as if installed....and another that has a slight curve in it again when looking at it from above. I see the same thing in new parts as well as old NOS parts.
The length of both are identical between the bolt in the kframe and the bolt into the center link....and the the height of the arm from the floor is also identical when installed.
I believe the original part was straight.
Does the curved one cause any issues with clearance when installed? The curved one is listed as a replacement for the MOOG K7041 and original part number 2835834.
Any insight appreciated.
