68 charger, rear headliner sail boards?

I see some suppliers sell the headliner rear sail boards…. are these supposed to go under the vinyl headliner, or over the headliner vinyl?

The guy who did my headliner ordered extra head liner material to cover the boards. Mine were on a Roadrunner, but the boards look almost identical.

So your boards are mounted OVER the headliner?

Charger headliner is different from other B bodies. One piece, it goes all the way to the bottom of the C pillar, the cardboard goes underneath, like the still pic above from the video.
