Devil’s advocate here. Our 66-7 1st gens did not have trunk leaks, unless someone messed with the trunk lid medallion. But they rust from the bottom up.I have owned more than a hundred second generation Chargers, and I would never put a rug that can hold water in the trunk. Every Charger I ever owned leaked water into the trunk.
Surely they should be able to seal the trunk lids I would think. I think I should possibly quit promoting or extolling the 66-7’s, that will just drive the price of parts and cars up. Then where would I be. Driving another companies vehicle that would be downfall.Sure Ian, but we're talking 68 and up.
