Hello.

Would like to confirm before I buy, that a 68 Coronet 4 door Trunk lid is the same size as a lid on a 68 Coronet Convertible ?

Thanks

Same chunk of tin brother.............I'd snatch it up. A 68' deck lid in good shape is really tough to come by, believe me.

These days, it's hard to find any off an old car in good shape lol.

Yeah no doubt cranky...... And trying to find halfway decent parts a decent price is another hurdle..

Why is it so many folks idea of "mint condition" is my idea of "sure hope I can salvage this junk"........LOL

This site and folks along with it have been great to me, but there sure is a lot of crooks out there.

Good luck with your deck lid OldRunner

The way I look at the worth of parts is what would I be willing to pay if I needed it. I have a very nice 67 deck lid that no one seems to want. A couple of weeks ago a guy offered me 200 bucks for a fender off the Coronet and I was kinda shocked. It was rust free but it had a small crease at the front....one of the hard places to fix.

And a 68 Net Vert....pretty rare!
