68 Plymouth wing window seal

Hey there! Putting my ‘68 Sport Satellite back together, and need some help with the wing window rubber seal....when the wing window frame is installed, does the weatherstripping lip that protrudes from the bottom tuck in between the wing window frame and the door skin, or does it lay over the top of the door skin? I didn’t take it apart and have no photos for reference. Any input or photos would be great! Thank you!

I tucked mine under. I didn’t like the fit of the aftermarket rubber.
